You can get a ql275 Crit Scope at ANY lvl btw...
In case anyone missed that...

This setup :

3+42+24+3+19+1=92% crit chance self buffed.
With outside buffs from kitty (1%, tts 4%, you get 97%)
With flurry of blows, all hell breaks loose.

BTW there is no cap. If there were, agent critical% temp buffs wouldnt work, as they use the same criticalincrease mod as everything else.

actually, it's 98% without flurry, enhanced dustbrigade combat chestpiece gives 2%... so 118% with flurry ^^

Hmmm.. have to find that extra 2% somewhere....
(Yeah, yeah.... overkill and all that... but if you get to 98% you might as well push to 100 :P)
