with this buff, a good scope, globes of clarity, predator's circlet, you can get your crit chance up to about 45% :D

yes, but the scope looks near impossible to get up with a MA, sadly

Its not impossible try to get an SB buff from some Adv or imp Perception or try get the SB of a clan Sol cast on you. I had the ql 250 Scope equiped at some point in tl4/5 but if i had imped for it it could have been earlyer. It has done miracles to my damage output.

Weird that it says "into the mind of the target" not into the mind of the caster still.
