It's not possible to do 11k crits you dumbass, highest crits that MA's do are up 9k, not more... Even 9k is very hard to get...

9k isn't hard, 10k reachable just about for short times. 11k+ is reserved for teaming traders.
Seen MAs in pande raids with 78% constant crit ( don't forget LE proc ).

you added flurry twice and forgot the +10 crit aoe perk from solitus alpha 10 and crat crit auras
