For those saying it sucks, maybe you are not hunting in penumbra with your twinked ai helmet. This nano outheals the penumbra DoT, that's it. And you won't notice the ridiculous nano cost when you have some nanocost reducer items/buffs.

This nano is not cool. It is not uber. It is only good for lvl 60 twinks. Period. IMO, reset BM.

I still use this at 220, ok its not like uber or anything but it still works pretty well when you spam it.

From a froobs point of view, you'll have enough IP to raise BM in late tl5 since you get breedcapped and titlecapped there pretty soon.
With this short recharge time you can spam it a few times fast when a fight is near end and you don't want to throw up your shield and wait most of the two minutes before attacking something else.

1.2 seconds recharge, hey this thing cant be bad at all. The nano cost is ridiculous...I don't see why a soli should be without this nano.
If it would take 2 seconds every time to cast this nano, then it would give at least 6k hp per minute.

No one ever mentions how much the dot actually does in total
and if i spam it does it only cast the dot 1ce or does it stack (im betting once)
