This thing has saved me as many times as the Mark Shield has. When you're high enough, you'll have enough excess ip for the reqs.

When your high enough you wont need to invest in the skills at all,
The symbiants and Attributes will take care of these no probs, i mean, 200+ you'll have atleast 160 unbuffed on this one without investing the IP.
Symbiants + CI (which you normally should have on you) should do the trick.

do not buy this nano and do not raise bio met as a 211 soldier please trust me it sucks and dont raise BM even for self hp buffs as they are pathetic

this nano does suck. the heal perks you get will heal for 2 times as much and you wont have to waste the ip on it.
