Err, Where do you get this prog? is it a disc only dropped from boss loot, or a specific unique mob?

This is a nice prog because it is unlike RB in the fact that it is not level restricted ... At lvl 138 I can use it ... if i had it! :)

chaosgyro with your high lvl HE's it wont hender you to bad besides you should have a good pool by the time you can cast this

Yeah, for that NT who is fighting things 50 lvls higher than he is, and is ever so worried about taking aggro and being obliterated in 3 hits... this nuke is for you... hit the mob with small nukes till he is about 1/2-3/4 life, and by the time you get this out, the mob takes a load of damage, and dies... keeping the NT nice and safe, and still doing damage for the team. :)

whats the point of using this in PvP?this wouldnt kill someone with over 9000HP like an enforcer or soldier.would take over 3minutes to kill an atrox enf with this especially if hes got the 17000HP buff.its useless in PvP.its useless in SL 2 because of the mobs having so high NR and radiation AC.

The way it would be useful in PvP is for an inital strike, for example if you are attacking an unsuspecting target. It hast a 6 second recharge if you max inits around level 200. You hit the unsuspecting target for around 2000-3500 (counting in ACs and halved PvP damage) then in a few seconds continue with your normal plan. By the time he figures out what is going on you will have almost recharged for a normal-speed nuke.

Use your heads....... It doesn't say capped at 20 seconds, any nt that it takes 20 seconds to cast that is a dipshit O_o and didn't raise inits...

i'm with applesauce. Casting a nuke(with init maxed)that takes only 3 sec and getting that message just plan blows. In pvp it means ure ass.
