Simply because you could cast one of the QL180+ 3-4 second nukes 5 times and do 12380 dmg by the time Izgimmer's Last Word is executed. Which pretty much means it's just far too slow to be worth using.

Well, the only thing I could think of which you would use this instead of a faster low ql one is in PvP the person will not run if they do not know they are under attack. You hit someone with a lower ql one and it does not kill them they could run away without you getting a second shot. This one may take a while but if they do not move in the 20 secs they will be dead before they can run. Probably the only scenario where this thing is of any use.

its a good nano to compliment team strikes, while tank is getting agro. It deals a "fair" amount of damage without you drawing attention of the mob.

OK---First of all I have no nanotech of any lvl but common sense would tell you that this nano would be could for fighting mobs...like so...you begin the cast, so what if it takes 20 seconds that just means that the mob will not aggro you until you have taken a huge chunk of life away form it...then start hittin it with the fast nukes..come on people!!! use your head silly!

I agree that it can work that way, but by the same token the large nano cost *can* seriously hamper the amount of follow up strikes you will be able to give. (just speculation, I also have no NT of any level..yet)

i don t think ILW worth anything, they aren t good, even in pvw, the mob die before you finish to cast it, lol, or for a 200+ mob you do too low dmg, that s not worthy, better to cast IEF, and go ns2
but just a thought... when you cast a "bit long nuke" even if the target is running away and go out of range, you still hitting him anyway, so... for a target who run, you start to cast ILW.. and 10 sec after when he s far away, you achieve him ;d, i never tried it, but it would be funny :)).. anyway Reso Blast is the best (3K 6K dmg, good casting time and recharge)
