As well no matter how much nano initiative you have you will NEVER get the recharge below 8 seconds.....nano ini only reduces the cast time not recharge.

i pvp'd another NT who used this.. kicked his arse with a type 18 kyr carbine and IEF , the fool didnt even land a single nuke on me. piece of worthless junk.

This can be used like first strike on mob, or nuke..calm..nuke..till death. I dont see any other use

Actually in pvp as soon as you start executing a hostile nano on someone, you get tagged and they auto-attack you. Long-executing nanos only work against mobs.

Best way to use it in pvp is to conceal yourself, cast it while concealed, then unleash other nukes after its casted.
