This is great in a team, when you don't want to take aggro, but want your teammates to think you're doing something - if you start casting this as soon as the mob is pulled, you MAY get to finish it off (with maxed inits, btw) and hit for min damage, impressing your teammates with a whopping 4k damage. Two words - Utterly Useless.

i know this was ages ago..... but.... in describtion (and i learn from FC never to trust describtions....) maybe when this nano first came up, it would 'completely descroy the target' If thats what its meant to do, the damage should be something like 20000-80000 now... wishful thinking tho

i think he means that back when this nano came out there wassnt any 50%dmg in pvp or 40% dmg cap....
and few profs could brag about having more than 6-7k Hp at lvl200
SO what do u think would happen to the poor fixer or engie/mp/doc or whatever when hit by this?
To be just as devestating as this nano was back then..not thinking of cast time, ud have to do 20-40k dmg or something.....

This is one of the crappiest nukes ever, don't get it, not only does it take 28 seconds to cast, it is also extremely easy to counter. You have a very small percentage of this nuke not fumbling, not getting countered, and not absorbed.
DON'T GET IT.

It doesn't take 28 seconds to cast you boob, Unless you have absolutly zero in nano init, in which case your a flaming retard, and should be put down.

I M lvl 132 NT and used this on a NPC hmm I dont think its usless I casted it in 7sec with 700nano C.int I would killed that NPC if I had more nano I took 4/5 of his HP so dont tell me this nano is usless I couldnt kill him with any other nano
