Because, Fleadram, the higher the percentage increase, the more likely you are to score a critical hit.

the "Mark of ...." crit buffs are to be cast on other people, these ones are self only and give much higher crit chance.

TS sux 4 a MA,i dont raised TS from the subconsunous g.

I think most people playing any class would dump IP into an otherwise unneeded skill just to get these great critical increases.
