This stacks with the SL buff. So its still good on RK.

My fixer always feels like a slug without thier rk runspeed buffs, so i avoid sl when fixer =/

As a ma I hate when fixers ninja buff me this, it overrides reduce inertia, which adds like 50 more evades.
