6440 dot dmg over 90 seconds = useless...using nano lines you have to raise for Ruse anyway...?
Thats a potential extra 193k dmg per hour if you use it every 3 minutes.
And yet somehow, this is a bad thing?
Go check out what docs get for about the same reqs, then come back and cry some more.

means that it eats a good 1/3-1/5 of your nanopool out of mimic by itself. Add in the nanocost from mimic (what we're normally in) and it burns your nanopool faster than you can say DocClineDoTs. Even with IoR/PNH it's .... alot. :\
