For PvM usage, it seems like you should rather get Junior Last Minute Negotiations:

Why?
Less nanocost (400 vs 600), 1k vp cheaper
For PvP, it seems like the bigger one might be better. It does have a bigger init debuff (for "calming" evil docs while dealing with their team)

well 200 nano in nanocost (100 ~ actually cause lots of -% in symbs and stuff) doesn't really matters
but in pvp id rather use contemplation than this one, cause rk calm has faster recharge

You can calm LoTV with that so ... yes, it does work pretty good.
