According to the comments on the other nano.. this absorbs 20% (the other one 22%)
Also it doesn't seem to stack with the graft shield (13%)..

This is better than reflects for pvp, since it reduces damage after the pvp caps are applied (vs soldier reflects which reduce damage before the pvp cap so high damage hits can still cap through the reflects).
Reduces pvp cap to 24% for pvp. 23.4% for Greater and 22.5% for Superior.

can self cast on a twinked 60 NT, however a level 60 NT twink is basically a waste since the nukes at that level are so crappy for single targets and will run you dry fast.
