lasts for 10 sec only, thats not that much damage even if Mob or player got 1/1 attack

Target Level >= 170 and thats kinda wierd for a debuff nano.. so if your gonna kill some for example 150ish PB, you cant use this ? or just having some fun at pvp agains a 150-169 guy.. kinda wierd imo

Chain-cast this and it's the same as chain-mongo. Hitting /terminate would be less painful.
