ok am i the only one that dont see the point having one with the same req as this one and the only thing difrent is that this has 25 nano delta and the other has 6? wtf is that all about?

Now that the stupid people have left, convinced that they won the argument by ignoring your central premise: yes, it is hard to justify as balanced that one nano is 417% as effective as another for no other reasons than an expansion is required to find it as loot and there is a 1 in 25 chance of it failing upload.
However, I forgive FC somewhat for joining the arms race with other game manufacturers to sell performance enhancements, because they also sell storytelling, and give away some for free, ffs. Heck, they can open up an in-game-store like the Asian free-to-plays, for all I care, as long as they keep adding content.
