this has to be one of the most useful MA nanos....stacks with all AC buffs & only 5 NCU

I got it a few nights ago on Clicksaver,just has to be in the same level range, i found around 10 levels is a good one (like if you role a level 122 or 142 mission this might be a possible Reward) i was rolling for the level 142 heal and this popped up so was like why not

Not only is it sad, but it uses MM. I would raise MC before MM.. I could think of a lot better places to spend IP's.

It costs a lot of IP especially MM but it is worth.
