best way to look for (other) buff's is usualy it will either say the **profession** or the target. but saying that ther eis some nanos that say target and are self only.

it would be nice if they either didnt put a lvl cap on these this line or make one of them other lik riot control and exhaze why not? i see agents with QL 100 perenns at lvl 20
