Afaik, Improved is SL chest loot. Sells quickly and for millions. Easier to get a Fixer on your team.

Natural Healing is a current Doctor nano, with HealDelta 10, the same requirements, 1 sec attack and recharge, and four hour duration

HealDelta items are said to affect the Value, not the Tick Rate. This would make Natural Healing reliably add an extra 10 Health every time the character would normally heal. Admittedly, this is quite low, but so is the effect of Body Development: 10 HealDelta is equivalent to 1,000 points of Body Dev.
