So, basically, with +50agg/def you can keep your aggdeff bar in the very middle, hit as fast as full right and evade as often as full left?

No, +50 Add/Def from middle will put you at full agg, so will hit faster but evade a lot less.

As far as I can tell from using this and flurry, evades stay the same, but attack speed is amazing. I don't think the 1:1 attack speed cap applies either. I've used 1:1 weapon and this nano+ql 188 flurry is a lot faster.
