Rollable means you can get it as a reward for a mission.... It does appear to be rollable but doesn't come up often :@

By the way... This isn't the best Doc HP buff.
Look down a few.
Superior Omni-Med Enhancement is the best.
Suprised nobody posted it in here by now =/
Tired of so many docs using this in ado and beyond
Then you try to tell them it's not the best hp, then they just put up a big stink ;d

yeah, i dont understand the way auno have sorted the nanos.. i mean the database is great and so on, but when it comes to nanos i go aodb.info...
