This polymorphed lunatic seems to have quite a few items on my list... where exactly can he be found? And that 97% NR isn't much, when you know you will hit them for 4-5k every time.

lol dont use on a something with a big sheild lol i would love to see a NT cast this on a enforcer with adv sheild bioshild and fury on thats 1 dead NT
