Anyone have a clue about how I can pick this thing up? I hear the drop rate is almost as bad as NS2

if it was in the game the nano gives the NT +90 - 140 in nano programing depending on your level

HurfBurf, I wouldnt exactly call this DB entry to be very specific on what the nano does either.
