What exactly does "The bodies of everyone in the doctor's team are encoded into a digital form and transferred into the Grid." mean? Does this mean that everyone's toon is saved, and if someone dies, then no lost exp?

It's just a nano that transports your team to the grid, useful if you want to wait the 140seconds.

I hate this thing...EVERYTIME i try to cast it something attacks me...or I crash...or I accidently move right before Im about to grid...I hate that STUPID 140 second thing....JEEEEZZ!!
