AlphaCenta meant a character who trained and imped a lot of Nano Resist when he said "NR toon" Reids, he didn't mean the Notum Repulsor perk line.
Asche, Reids was referring to the Notum Repolsor perk line when he said an "NR toon", which as you know can only be perked over 30, hence in Reids context someone under 30 wouldn't be an "NR toon" at all.

this nanoline is great for pvp ive seen it used as low as around level 8

I did not "rip on people for no real reason" my statement was a light and well meaning explanation to the two parties.
"Ripping" on someone would be calling buffmuffin a moron since he cannot understand that I was simply expanding on Asche's comment in order to better explain it to AlphaCenta.

just saying the nano dmg is halved. you get hit for 11 on rk and 33 in sl.

Nother quick thing. Do you really think its possible for a lv 30 enf to have 353 nano skills without seriusly gimping his ar? sure you can get mochams but 3 mochams is 150 ncu right there and then you wont have enough for hot and gsf (will for one but not the other and thats if your waring an ncu ring). dont get me wrong this dose pwn out the ass in lowbie pvp but i really doubt your gona use it with NR1 ><
