No sheet, I went from cyclops basically straight to behe at about 150. I'm no heck newb but I figure, unless you BS at lvl 75-149 and need to be able to self buff essenses (and not many people do), I found it easier to focus on other things than my nanoskillz and just ask for behe if I ever REALLY needed the extra hp until I could cast it myself. Plus when people ask you for behe and you give them leviathan or whatever, they give you dirty looks (you know its true).

I know you get a little extra trickledown for other things from str/stam, but in my opinion I couldn't justify it (especially this one)
