that NPC type >=1 means that if you drain the Bartender in FT it will lose even more offensive skills.

Can't Agent's get the same +480 through outside wrangle and FP -> trader for the drains?

Depending on what you need, that or a bit less since FP lowers nanoskills. Casting also takes forever and breaks very easily, so drain laddering probably wouldn't work out too good.
