Let's see....137 max damage. In the same time(using cdr's), you can hit 300-400 easy. It also takes nano away from your heals. You make the decision ^^

@Fly: Well yes, and why are CDRs useful if you twink on a QL 200+ pair of Kry energy hammers typed out?
It is useful in most cases like if you don't have a typical twink weapon on, if your going for the nano saturated doc with plenty of nano to spare, if you're a NM doc instead of a trox doc, of you boosted up your MC and BM pretty well and can use this at lets say level 10-15. Damage is damage if you want to deal more, you might use this, if you're content with holding a cup and letting a team do the work, then you might not bother with too much in weaponry.

Useful to a Doc that doesn't use any weapons.... I use pistols though, and the damage this does for the level you can use them isn't so awesome, so I won't be getting them.

Nice at the levels this can be used at, esp since CDR is locked to 41+ and this can be cast 20- easily, also good for starters with bad guns/weapons (like many weapons at low level)
