The most neglected profession buff nano of all times. Missing a few points in MG/SMG or Burst to get that new weapon on? Ask a fixer, make two people happy ;c)

sometimes it's hard to persuade a fixer that this buff isn't self only and to find it in their list of nanos.. Lol.
