doc shouldnt be maxing bm/mm its totally useless 4 them my doc started using it at 150 when i was title maxed

lmao guys its possible to get this at level 25 if u got enuf ncu ;P by 25 u should have 200 in those skills with ql 75 imps ;) so just get wrangle and mochie lol.
BUt no point since its castable on others so find ur self a level 90 doc to make sure and there ya go ;P!

kplayona some of us cant afford/cant buff up to get 75's in at 25
