i can use it at lvl 82 with moochams and ql 145 imps :P
Used it at level60 with mochs, 131 wrangle and 130ish imps, to get 2x VTE's equipped :-)
lol i coulda doen the same just i didnt use VTEs and a 131+ wrangler

lol, this thing reminds me of the nema inner eye from the temple....still, if this wasnt self only, it would be like traders and wrangles "Odin eye plzzzz!!!" "but I only have 10 hp left from buffing other ppl!" "Odin eye plz!" lol

Rollable - just got it from a Solo mission terminal - level 157 toon - difficulty set to middle, next 4 all to left, bottom 2 sliders to right

Check the "School" info on the top of page. If they're the same, they don't stack.
