Seems it snares the target now, or am i wrong?

It makes the target run arround a bit and then snares it. Its a great nano and a pity you can only use it once every 2 mins :)

In BS if someone is capping a point will this stop them and move them away from the cap point? 50% nano resist, may just have to get it and give it a try.

I don't think so, pretty sure the BS cap point "nano" is a stun/root type of thing.. If you cast a fear on someone who is rooted, the root always wins

Thats because you need to cast it exactly at the moment the capper finishes executing the capping nano.
At this point hes feared and unable to use the codes used to cap. Done that alot of times on my crat, it rocks and produces so many hate tells ;)
