Sure. If you would get a lockout on that NSD soon as it landed on the target. Then its spammable.
I'd happily have all NT nanos and MP nanos spammable like this.

I wouldn't mind, if they removed NSD removal perks and if they change attack/recharge to 1,5 sec each.
