you need for MAs with 2k+ NR every 3rd or 4th hit... its okay ;) ...

just came to have another look at this to see if its worth getting....
nope, big waste of VP.
i mean, look at the nanocost.. ugh, its gonna need at least 4/5 tries before it lands and still verly little chance of it landing, gonna drain nanopool before it lands..
what a stupid nano >.<

I used it at tl5 for a while and it did land every time unless ma just used this funny nr giving special attack.

the attack is called upon a wave of summer and yes now i have to use it against docs/nts/fixers/agents/traders/crats/mps/aaannnnddd enfs.

is it just me or is the only really partially useful nemesis nano they put in? MA's didn't need an anti MP nano, docs didn't really need an anti crat nano, but now those walking hp totems actually have a chance to hit poor little mas. *me cries*

i dk how to say it but....i think the -1k evade debuff is alot more usefull than -10 cirt chance at least for tl5
