at 220 i can easily land crat's AoE calm in inferno, crats calm are the best in any way.

Wow crononaut i think the heat in inferno has gotten to you a bit....i tested this with my 205 crat i rooted a Blazing spirit level 198 and spammed the highest aoe calm (Disrupted Psyche) on it while it said Nano program executed successfully a fair bit...it still took 17 tries to actually calm it ie make it stop attacking me.
also crat sl calms unfortunatly arent the best calms by far in fact there the worst firstly look at the duration secondly crat sl calms dont wipe the hate list so while they wont attack you you cant sit and heal or anything either
So crono remember to keep your fluids up while grinding those inf mishes mm'k

crat calms are fixed now arent they? i.e wipe agg list as intended :|

Nice in that it's the only high level calm that is instacast (crat and NT calms have cast cap). However I would still say the other two are better calmers, because while trader calm breaks 100% on debuff (blinds, snares, UBT, etc), NT only has 28% chance to break on those and crat calm won't break at all on debuff. Still - better than nothing.

Top RK trader mezz is also 100% chance to break on debuff, but if you drain a mezzed mob, it will aggro you but will be unable to attack. I would presume its the same for this. Mezz mob, debuff (get aggro but mob fails to attack), mezz again, sit / heal, stand and attack ;) Will try that when my trader reaches the proper level, but it works fine with the old RK ones, no reason it wont work with this.
