Yup, with Perks / AI gear (prolly not even necessary either) /LE research...if you CANT self this at 175, regardless of breed, you should prolly re-roll.
Atrox docs are totally viable, so forget the rantings near the top of this post.

Some weeks ago i saw a ~lvl 180 doc who needed ci AND!!! wrangle to cast this Oo.

hmm, maybe the doc was a hecknoob?
and yea, endgame nanopool doesnt matter anymore, your nano delta should take care of it easily
unless of course, again you're a hecknoob and are still using LE or CH at 205 ><

my doc has almost 900 bm/mm self at lvl 125, should be easy. too bad have to go 60 lvls with greater bloom

50 lvls even, silly me. And yes its easy to self cast, my agent could cast this in fp without nano skills maxed at 170 if it was castable in FP

Now with the new patches and items, ofc it will be way easier for toons of lower levels to cast CR than years ago when there arent. Hence, there was a discussion of whether it is possible to self it as soon as the toon hit level 175. My solitus doc at level 175 already has more than 1300 in BM and MM self, with bad symbs in too :( Maybe FC should consider lowering the "level 175" tag, but on the other hand, removing the tag will defeat the purpose of having it in the first place... whatever that might be.
