For me there's not much doubt in my mind that this can be EASILY uploaded as lvl 175. I'm a 145 doc and I'll be able to get the skillz for it in 2/3 lvl's.
The trick is AI lvl's, docs get loads of nano increasing ones, and it all helps, fuzzy hood too, v'nice. it's just getting hold or semi rare items.

With specialist healer 5 perked this will heal for 607 hp/sec, while LE heals for 238 hp/sec. Good stuff :)

hehe with ai lvls its really easy, my 130 doc with 14ai lvls can cast with CI easy too :>

170 OPIFEX doctor can cast this since lvl 120 with only 3 pieces of Combined officers AI armor fking Fcom and thier fking lvl caps -.-

at lvl 175 it should be really easy to cast this nano. If ci isnt enough for you then get Composite Mochams (1 hour)
