Lol I find is hilarious that some people are actually saying its not worth using this. Like yeah I don't wanna do more damage, its only a little extra so I don't want it?? are you insane? more = better, simple as that.

i hit almost 2k with this in pvp...granted its rare but still a nasty surprise for your opponent when they think you have no alpha left

This is actually quite a useful nano. There is more to AO than the Shadowlands after all and yes this nano is forced to a very low minimum damage in SL on high AC mobs but I still find it does a decent smack on aliens/RK mobs/pvp.
It is also a -very- effective perk tester. Example:
Walk up to flagged player. Click Fury attack. If attack executes, you can perk the player. Note you don't get flagged. If you cannot perk them, it will say they avoided the fury, but, no recharge! So also useful for seeing when your opponents acro/limber/whatever is down :)
Very useful nano and one I still cast on my keeper at 220.
