Does offensive modifier mean that is will do that much extra damage?

not nassarily, it means it will have a higher chance to hit (given that his evades are within a reasonable range), think it effects crit chance as well, not too sure about that tho

Yes it effects the damage, as with the other buffs...
I find the buffs to make my bot hit faster, less misses and way more damage

Offensive Modifier means it increases the Attack Rating by that amount. More AR = more chance of hitting, and more damage. Its pretty much just a +446 to the bot's MA skill. I'm pretty sure it doesn't affect the rate at which the target hits though, that's covered in Agg/Def modifiers.

Surprised that there hasnt been a better one made with the 17.x series. THey want to make everything overpowered, how about more engi pet love? :p
