this one is somewhat pointless v. docs... at 175 docs will have SL heals and so CH is less important. see the other version of this nano.

True enough, but can the nano actually be relied upon to land on an agent in mimic Doc who is lvl 210+ ?

pfft worthless in PVP now days, but it has its place, on alien ships, wonderful nano there. Those annoying CHers in there learn their place real quick.
