and with that equip... replace the imps with symbs, add a comm relay/nano controller, add other symbs for intel and other bases, add some zodiac ncu, replace notum ring for biotech, the ai belt for more bases and that should just about do it ;)

Apparently, from what the rumor mill had going, Carlo had some ridiculous AC buffing going on, to the point where Carlo would cheerfully tank APF generals without batting an eye (no MP pet can stand up to that kind of beating for very long, especially from a Cha'xxxx type)
'Course, Carlo go nerfed so he's mortal now, and Crats cry in their sleep over it.
In discussions I've had (don't have Rihwen yet, mind you) Rihwen is supposed to hit FASTEST out of all the pets. Don't think of that ugly green mortiig as some fugly thing you gotta tote around, think of him as your own personal chainsaw. Stick it on a target and let it rip away.
The BIGGEST problem the Whiner has had is the inability to hit anything that could actually EVADE. I know many MP's who have more evades than their pet does AR, and we have CRAP for evades. Sure, Crat can charm the Rihwen, but Rihwen can't hit you either....
17.3 is supposed to fix this, getting more AR love for the MP pets with new or extended lines, meaning even those poor souls who had their hearts broken with the MP nerf will have hope. Cross your fingers, folks....

Ok, it's official:
Whiner may have lowest damage of all the pets (and crappiest AR even fully buffed with new pet buffs) but does one thing every other pet prof cries in their sleep over: 3x-5x weapons. Carlo and Widowmaker have 1 weapon, Whiner has somewhere between 3-5 weapons. Fully buffed (I.E. with init buffs) Whiner will hit 3x more often than either other pet. Whiner is SUPPOSED to have the top ACs but really that doesn't mean too much if you're a smart MP and if tanking, using your MP damage Debuffs from RK as well as SL. Whiner will hit for 1324 max buffed before the new ICC questline Improved Instill with Malign Intent (of all the buffs we get, the pet buff is of course LAST) but basically is your own portable chainsaw in that it'll never stop hitting....and if you're a smart MP and can keep the mob still, the damage WILL pile up.
There ARE new pet buff lines for the MP pets, but of the 2 new lines, I only use 'em in pvp when I need the pets to not be rooted and would rather have a pvp pet instead in line with the Tormented Revenant but at 220 instead of having to spend 2 minutes out of every 10 buffing ALL my pets with hopes they'll resist crap....

The 1324 damage I was quoting was when you're facing mindamage mobs..most damage I have ever seen outta Whiner fully buffed was 4kish on a crit.

Behold! The ultimate nerfing of a class! Widowmaker and Carlo Pinetti can both nerf Rihwen in an unbuffed fight, just the fact that engineers get widowmaker and the super dog and that crats get carlo pinetti and the CEO guardian just kicks all meta-physicists in the *** to tell them to give up and just make a engineer or a crat.

Also, do not forget the unfair amount of nano reqs. CEO guardian is only 1470 mc and ts and The Rhiwen in 2040 ts and 2045 mc. Friggen another nerf. MAKE RHIWEN BETTER OR UPGRADE MORT AND YIDRIA!
