This does only 50% less heal than the best Doctor Short HoT buff (if you got 2 sec tick), and it lasts an hour, and it stacks, so calling it useless isnt very useful ^^
This + the other best Doc HoTs = 100.775 HP per second / 6046.5 HP per min.
Fixers HoT buffs: Lasting Ultimatum + Advanced Medical Claim = 98.2 HP per second / 5892 HP per min.

The nano is still overpriced sometime. For the first time i saw a lower price on GMS than in the shopping channel. xD

@Phicks: Not terribly common for froobs to have 820 stamina or more though, which makes the benefits from this kinda not so nice.
