wow... makes it easier for non pistol soldiers to equip really high buffing pistols for twinking...
Total focus +50 // Extreme prejudice +120 // expertise +20 // wrangler +132 = 322 pistol from simple buffs...
now add some imps and tricke-downs and equipment and --- OET Maharanee, here I come!

you forgot pistol mastery, it stacks with EP cause that is classified a grenade buff

With Notum Shield now fix, AFAIK AMS (78%)+ Notum shield (15%)=83% reflect.

Actually with AMS V
82% + 15% = a delicious 97%
Not to mention the NM absorb :)
