Heh more effective on people without TMS/Reflects, and no layers either, and you can get pretty nice damage from it with the new NT shield..

Anyone tried running Nanobot Shielding, then this? Or program overload + this yet? That's +350% nano dmg, every dmg type at once... Can you say "DD WHORE!"?

before the le nukes, people used this for instant alpha
still not as reliable cause this gets reflect damage though/dmg shield
