yes, but it only ticks every 10 seconds, where as the trader one can be casted every 5.
well, I guess we could spam it too, but you miss my point. Also, even with only 75% NR check, I would imagine traders have a lot less trouble landing theirs than we do ours.

what part of BM >= 1555, TS >= 1545 and having to have the nanodeck equiped leads you to this conclusion this if owning in lowbie pvp? Oo

Casting this on yourself to heal would be a very bad idea in most situations. You would lose 50 hp per tick until the very last one, 1 minute later. Basically, you would have DoTed yourself...

evangoth is referring to the comment by kaliber and dagger. The fact that this nano requires a nanodeck and a large amount of nanoskills has less than nothing to do with his comment being extremely valid.
