Ran the numbers in several programs...actually summonable at level 58.

lol harton thats just like a level 60 engi with slayer, sweet but v.expensive. my m8 sed one of his sleeves cost him 40 mill!!!!

Could someone make a good guide how to Summon Lemur at lvl 90 without having SL/AI? I have atrox Meta-Physicist. 480 MC/TS with ql 100 implants unbuffed. Nanoskills and intelligence and psychic are maxed to title level caps.

got it without sl and ai at lvl 120, including belamorte and tumulten by using ql 190 imps and infuses.... should be able to get earlier but I didnt twink^^

My MP managed to summon Cacodemon at level 75. Maxed MS/TS, ql 100 imps, Blackshirt of Zuwadza, MC/TS mochams, 131 wrangle, 6 AI perks in Champion of Nano Combat, SL perks in anything you can find to boost MC/TS... btw thats with no devalos sleeves, it would get easier with two of those...
You may be able to self Lemur @ 70 if you have maxed AI, full arithmetic... I'll have to check this path out.
For sure, you can cast Lemur at 60.
My MP is nanosquish btw.
