sad thing is it just barely brings NTs up to par with DD.. level locked.. at 219.. and with a hell of a lot more effort than "l,m"

For everyone unclear, this is a PVM only nuke, you cannot cast it on players, thats why it does more damage than Izgimmers Triple.
Sadly though it has the 'balancing' recharge time of its PVP counterpart, meaning it does less DPM than Izgimmers Ultimatum. No reason to get this nano at all.

Well recharge is pretty bad but its faster to cast on full deff than IU

I agree, though... since this is more for pvm, lower the recharge. 3 IU is 9 seconds, this is 8 seconds. IU is 300 more dps at min damage. Even lowering the recharge to 5 seconds would up the DPS to be only 108 less than IU. With a recharge of 5.5, it would actually outdamage IU in dps by 7 dps.
