Now, all we need is the old RK hots to get a level target requirement and it might help balance some low level pvping.

Cragger is right, an increase is an increase, however note to self hopefully by the time we get to 205+, the last thing we need to worry is casting healing on ourselves, LOL! We should be powerful enough to kick ass and have healing on us as an emergency thing more than a requirement.

Target Level >= 205 lol try to get it on a lvl 25 and ull fail

why would fixers need more healing.. at this lvl u should have 2sec heal delta... and 2 hot's... and enough evades to dodge the beast...
Learn to play your fixer and stop complaining.....

cheysey good point mate i got a fixer and almost dodge everything coz my evades rule lol but the hots are gettin stupid and i feel that this may not make much difference lol
