What the fuck are you even talking about? Even if I had to guess, you're saying this is useless in pvp? You obviously haven't been playing the game for longer than 3 days so before you start blasting off your opinion on what is "useless" please learn the game. Maybe YOU are the one who should get a life.
Not to mention, I can't see a use for this in pvm. Gonna cast it on yourself? LOL
