*LoL!!* Ok, let's see... very short duration, high nanocost, very high level req, low damage bonus, low shield buff, half-decent offense modifier, long casting time, and extremely high skill reqs.... AND hard to get?? I think engies should be _paid_ to upload this (and given free mochies and wrangle to be able to) ;p
